The screen is basically shifted upward leaving a black bar at the bottom of the screen and a bit missing at the top (as in a maximised window misses a few mm of the window at the top) This was also seen with the latest version of the graphics driver under XP, using an older driver version resolved this problem but is not an option with Vista.
